    Ashley has 20 years of experience in enterprise software, professional services, and digital marketing, and has held leadership roles in operations, client portfolio management, consulting practice management and project delivery in both corporate and startup environments. He has led enterprise software implementations for many Global 2000 companies such as IBM, Citibank, British Airways, Best Buy, Merck, REI, and L’Oréal. He is a coach and facilitator with clients such as Rexall, Government of Ontario, Molson Coors.

    Patrick’s passion for coaching stems from his desire to be on the front end of facilitating the development of conscious leaders. Patrick possesses 25 combined years of expertise in coaching, conflict management, training, organizational development, and law in the public and private sectors. He mentors new and certified coaches to help deepen their coaching competency. Patrick’s coaching, conflict management, and mindfulness expertise support executives and leaders with designing a more fulfilled and balanced work-life. Clients value Patrick’s calm nature, listening skills, intuitive knack, and thought-provoking questions and observations.  He possesses an innate ability to help clients center, “cut through all the noise”, cultivate self-awareness, and execute their objectives.

    Jyllian is an executive and leadership coach, mentor, and consultant who, after 30 years in the security industry, has leaned into and embraced her passion to help develop great leaders.  Capitalizing on her drive to cultivate talent and develop leaders, she has successfully combined her expertise in security with a deep understanding of human potential, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in challenging environments.  She has held executive level positions in the government and private sector, where she enhanced the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities of professionals. As a champion of workforce and leadership development, Jyllian aims to equip leaders with the skills to foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and the ability to lead with confidence and authenticity. 

    She currently coaches executives, professionals experiencing career transitions, healthcare professionals, and is involved in leadership work with high school students and parents.

    Dr. Brian Clyne is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University where he has served in numerous clinical, educational, and administrative leadership roles over the past 20 years. As Vice Chair for Education, Dr. Clyne develops and supports programs across the continuum of learners from undergraduates to faculty. In addition to medical education, Dr. Clyne’s areas of interest include career development and physician leadership. He founded and directed Leadership in Healthcare, a master’s level course for Alpert Medical School students.  He is a graduate of the Brown University Executive Master’s in Healthcare Leadership program and the ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certificate program. His coaching practice is focused on mid-career healthcare professionals seeking to expand their leadership capabilities to make a lasting impact.

    Graham trained as a mathematician and started his career at Accenture, working as a consultant engineer for 15 years at clients like Cargill, RBC Capital Markets and the North Dakota Attorney General.  He is an executive and leadership coach who has mentored hundreds of organizational clients and coaches in training.  He has been an internal coach at Etsy for ten years and spearheaded their leader as coach program.  His other clients include Google, Betterment, Medtronic, Wix, Reverb, Cisco Meraki, Self-Esteem Brands (Anytime Fitness), Lululemon, Fastly, the Ford Foundation, W.L. Gore, TJX Companies, Sandia National Laboratories & the International Trade Association.

Bonnie has also worked with clients in hospitals (Children’s National Medical Center, D.C.), industry (Best Buy) and non profit organizations such as MercyCorps and FHI360.

    Michelle coaches and consults with executives, managers, and teams in Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and non-profit sectors. Michelle began her career in multicultural education before transitioning to coaching, consulting, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through the International Coaches Federation, a Masters of Education in Curriculum Development from Lesley University and has extensive training in yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices.

    Organizations she has worked with include Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Lexmark, Western Union, Cisco, Cigna, Nationwide Insurance and others.

    Erin is the other co-founder of ACT Leadership. Erin is an executive coach, trainer and organizational consultant who support’s leaders and organizations to act with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact. Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development, Erin helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve alignment, clarity, and results. Erin has trained over thousands of individuals to become certified coaches to lead with greater impact.  She has designed and executed large scale coaching programs with Fortune 100 companies, the Federal Government and humanitarian organizations.  Prior to entering the field of coaching and development, Erin was a change and organizational consultant for PwC and for the Federal Government. She has delivered coaching and leadership programs in North America, Europe, and Asia.

    Mike is one of the co-founders of ACT Leadership and has over 25 years consulting, training and coaching experience with large professional services organizations. He qualified as a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF and has worked with over 100 clients from leading international organizations. He co-created the ICF-accredited ACSTH coaching certification program, “Leadership and Performance Coaching” which is being delivered worldwide across a number of organizations including 500 senior leaders in the federal government. Mike is also a CPA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

She has worked with clients in Government, Private Sector and Not-for-Profit organizations since 2001. She has been training and mentoring individuals and groups as they develop coaching skills since 2007. Prior to coaching she worked for a number of Fortune 500 and smaller organizations in sales, management and communication skills training roles.

She received her coaching training through Brown’s School of Professional Studies in conjunction with ACT Leadership. She is passionate about helping others learn, grow and develop. With 20+ years of experience, she also designs, develops, and leads the implementation of a variety of learning initiatives. Her focus has been on leadership development, change management, mentoring and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Currently, Judy serves as the Director of Talent Development, Human Resources, Brown University. She also co-leads the Leader as Coach program offered through the School of Professional Studies in collaboration with ACT Leadership. Judy is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator, a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® and is completing the CliftonStrengths® coaching certification.
  • Robin Rose

    Robin Rose

    Associate Professor of the Practice of Leadership, Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

    Dr. Rose has worked at Brown University for 39 years in senior level administrative positions, overseeing critical divisions at Brown. Throughout her career she has been a creative force in utilizing experiential education to inspire young people and transform the lives and careers of professionals. Her leadership in these roles has earned her a national reputation for innovation.

    As the chief student affairs officer, Rose directed the growth of Brown’s state of the art student services including: the residential system and programming, health services, the counseling center, crisis management team, support for students with disabilities, and support for historically underrepresented groups. With a background in Counseling Psychology Rose also developed Brown’s comprehensive mental health outreach program.

    Rose created and developed the Leadership Institute, a program focused on leadership and social justice for talented high school students from around the world. She also served as the Senior Associate Dean for Pre-College programs which included close to 6,000 high school students from around the world in summer academic experiences.

    More recently she has provided engaging instruction in the practice of leadership to Executive Masters students and participants in custom corporate programs at Brown University and with students in leadership and performance coaching programs. As an instructor she wins high praise from students for her powerful insights, energy, humor and compassion. She creates inclusive learning environments that both challenge and support students. She often teaches sessions on coaching, managing difficult conversations, adaptive leadership, diversity and inclusion and human resilience. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a private practice. In her teaching and coaching she helps leaders in corporate and non-profit organizations to be creative, resourceful and have a positive impact on the world.
