    Ashley has 20 years of experience in enterprise software, professional services, and digital marketing, and has held leadership roles in operations, client portfolio management, consulting practice management and project delivery in both corporate and startup environments. He has led enterprise software implementations for many Global 2000 companies such as IBM, Citibank, British Airways, Best Buy, Merck, REI, and L’Oréal. He is a coach and facilitator with clients such as Rexall, Government of Ontario, Molson Coors.

  • Erin Hutchins

    Erin Hutchins, PCC

    Leader as Coach Facilitator, ACT Co-Founder

    Erin is the other co-founder of ACT Leadership. Erin is an executive coach, trainer and organizational consultant who support’s leaders and organizations to act with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact. Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development, Erin helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve alignment, clarity, and results. Erin has trained over thousands of individuals to become certified coaches to lead with greater impact.  She has designed and executed large scale coaching programs with Fortune 100 companies, the Federal Government and humanitarian organizations.  Prior to entering the field of coaching and development, Erin was a change and organizational consultant for PwC and for the Federal Government. She has delivered coaching and leadership programs in North America, Europe, and Asia.

     

  • Mike Hutchins

    Mike Hutchins, PCC, CPA

    Mike is one of the co-founders of ACT Leadership and has over 25 years consulting, training and coaching experience with large professional services organizations. He qualified as a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF and has worked with over 100 clients from leading international organizations. He co-created the ICF-accredited ACSTH coaching certification program, “Leadership and Performance Coaching” which is being delivered worldwide across a number of organizations including 500 senior leaders in the federal government. Mike is also a CPA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

  • Robin Rose

    Robin Rose

    Associate Professor of the Practice of Leadership, Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

    Dr. Rose has worked at Brown University for 39 years in senior level administrative positions, overseeing critical divisions at Brown. Throughout her career she has been a creative force in utilizing experiential education to inspire young people and transform the lives and careers of professionals. Her leadership in these roles has earned her a national reputation for innovation.

    As the chief student affairs officer, Rose directed the growth of Brown’s state of the art student services including: the residential system and programming, health services, the counseling center, crisis management team, support for students with disabilities, and support for historically underrepresented groups. With a background in Counseling Psychology Rose also developed Brown’s comprehensive mental health outreach program.

    Rose created and developed the Leadership Institute, a program focused on leadership and social justice for talented high school students from around the world. She also served as the Senior Associate Dean for Pre-College programs which included close to 6,000 high school students from around the world in summer academic experiences.

    More recently she has provided engaging instruction in the practice of leadership to Executive Masters students and participants in custom corporate programs at Brown University and with students in leadership and performance coaching programs. As an instructor she wins high praise from students for her powerful insights, energy, humor and compassion. She creates inclusive learning environments that both challenge and support students. She often teaches sessions on coaching, managing difficult conversations, adaptive leadership, diversity and inclusion and human resilience. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a private practice. In her teaching and coaching she helps leaders in corporate and non-profit organizations to be creative, resourceful and have a positive impact on the world.
