Washington Post: The Supreme Court just struck a blow against mass surveillance, Timothy Edgar

Timothy Edgar, an academic director in the Brown Executive Master in Cybersecurity (EMCS) program and a senior fellow in international and public affairs at Brown’s Watson Institute, put forth in a column that the recent Supreme Court decision that cell-site location information is protected by the Fourth Amendment’s guarantee against unreasonable searches and seizures “offers a rare bright spot in the uphill battle for digital privacy.”
