Tiffany A. Archer, Esq. is the Founder and President of Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc. and Eunomia Global LLC. She established these advisory firms to reposition governance and compliance from cost centers into strategic capabilities that protect investment, enable growth, and sustain institutional trust. Her work integrates governance, legal strategy, and behavioral science to help boards, executives, and investors anticipate risk, strengthen decision-making, and engage effectively with regulators. Eunomia Risk Advisory serves U.S. clients, while Eunomia Global operates across Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
Tiffany's path to entrepreneurship was nonlinear, spanning technology, law, and corporate leadership. She began in financial services, where she worked on algorithmic decision systems for portfolio optimization and credit risk. That early experience gave her a technologist's instinct for how complex systems behave under pressure. She later transitioned to law, practicing as a securities enforcement litigator and regulatory attorney before moving in-house. As an Ethics & Compliance leader at Panasonic Avionics, she helped steer the company through its FCPA federal monitorship. She subsequently served as Global Head of Compliance, Risk & Privacy at Pall Corporation, a Danaher subsidiary.
Drawing on this cross-disciplinary background, Tiffany developed the POWER Scan, a proprietary diagnostic framework that examines how power and decision-making operate within organizations. Her work has been published in the journal Leader to Leader (Wiley).
Tiffany completed executive education in behavioral economics at Harvard Business School. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School and an Adjunct Lecturer at New York University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Women Creating Change and the Wall Street Journal Board of Directors Council.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
