Biography

Sandi Ferretti is the Program Director, ScM in Healthcare Leadership and Instructor for the capstone required Critical Challenge Project. 

Ms. Ferretti has 20 years of experience in healthcare management and quality improvement and worked in a variety of health care settings, including integrated delivery systems, health insurance, state government and implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and as a consultant, advisor to and instructor in academic programs. Most recently Sandi worked for HealthSourceRI, Rhode Island’s state-based health insurance exchange formed under the ACA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics and a Certificate in Science in Human Culture from Northwestern University, and a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
