Olena came to coaching after over 20 years of executive career with global companies, including 7 years in top management role with P&L responsibilities. Since 2015 she coaches senior executives and top management teams in North America and Europe. In 2020 she competed her Doctoral research study on managerial practices to facilitate learning from experience. As a LD development consultant Olena focuses on creating programs to support vertical development of managers to enable culture transformations in large organizations. Dr. Khomenko is a Professor of Leadership for Kyiv School and Economics and a member of Leadership Program Faculty of CTI.
