Karen is from the Netherlands and after a 16 year corporate career she moved to coaching in 2010. Her motto is ‘Live life to the fullest and inspire others to do the same’. Clients work with Karen because they want to take leadership over their situation, professional or personal. She helps clients to create the life, team, and results they really want. In coaching, Karen creates a space of warmth, lightness, and safety and her coaching style is dynamic, direct, provoking when needed, and insightful.
She coached leaders in ING Bank, Accenture, Cargill, ABN AMRO Bank, DP World, Lloyds Register, Rotterdam School of Management, Fokker, and others. Karen is also doing leadership work with prisons, parents, high schools, and children in underprivileged areas (Rwanda and India) to pay it forward.
