ACT shares Brown University’s mission to develop reflective leaders, to effect change in the world, and to improve human welfare. Brown and ACT are seeking to expand and build on the success of the Leadership + Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) program and offer a virtual LAC program to leadership professionals.

ACT Leadership, founded in 2012, uses a systematic approach to professional development using the Assess Coach Train methodology, targeted at individuals, teams and organizations. ACT’s exceptional team teaches critical skills and experience in coaching, training, and consulting.

ACT has trained over thousands of leaders in the Leader as Coach approach, helping individuals, teams and organizations shift to a more sustainable approach to leadership.
