Curriculum

Running over eight months — virtually or hybrid in Providence, Rhode Island, the Leadership Performance Coaching Certification is built for experienced leaders ready to grow. Coaching concepts are grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and leadership research, with a curriculum that develops your self-awareness alongside practical skills in communication, decision making, leading change, and team effectiveness. 

You will graduate with 100 hours of coach-specific training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, a certificate from ACT Leadership and Brown SPS, and a clear path to your ICF ACC credential.
