This workshop is designed for senior leaders and executives responsible for leading and managing organizations who seek to understand how generative AI can drive real and immediate business results. By demystifying complex AI concepts and demonstrating practical applications, the workshop equips you with the knowledge and confidence to implement generative AI solutions that enhance process improvement and productivity gains for yourself and your teams.

1. Generative AI Opportunity and Strategic Integration 
   Gain a clear and actionable understanding of generative AI principles, capabilities and applications, enabling you to identify strategic opportunities for its integration within your organization.
2. Hands-on AI Tool Experience
   Develop practical skills in using leading generative AI platforms to create customized solutions, automate complex workflows and enhance productivity across various business functions including market analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning and HR topics; including how to streamline repetitive tasks and processes, reducing time and effort while increasing operational efficiency.
3. Custom AI Solutions
   Gain hands-on experience in rapidly building AI agents tailored to your organization’s specific needs.

Participants will need access to an online generative AI platform to follow along with the hands-on training. We strongly recommend that participants have access to ChatGPT 4o (subscription required). Participants may also use the free version of ChatGPT, or Microsoft CoPilot or Google Gemini, however the instructor will demonstrate all applications using Chat GPT 4o.

He serves on multiple boards, including as founding chair of Nortech Systems' science & technology committee and president of the NACD New York Chapter. He has authored numerous articles on AI, strategy, and leadership, and has collaborated with institutions like Columbia Business School and Duke CE. Recognized as one of the top 100 most influential corporate directors in 2023, Ryan also serves as a commissioner for the NACD’s Blue Ribbon Report on Technology and Governance.
