Curriculum

The Leadership + Performance Coaching Certification program runs for 8 months and credentials you to an ICF Level 1 path.

Coaching concepts are grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and research in leadership effectiveness. Coaches hone critical leadership skills in the following areas:
