Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader, Becton Dickinson
Tiffani is a dynamic leader and influential change agent experienced in driving the execution of global initiatives with a focus on advancing Diversity & Inclusion. She is the Global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Leader at BD. In her role, Tiffani is responsible for building and executing on BD’s Global I&D strategy. She plans, develops and directs strategies to help BD more effectively recruit, develop and retain a diverse workforce.
Tiffani began her career at BD in 2013 leading the successful execution of complex initiatives within IT, Supply Chain and Procurement through global cross-team partnerships for the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). Over the past four years, Tiffani has demonstrated inclusive leadership, strategic agility, innovation and the drive to impact outcomes that influence meaningful change for the organization. In 2016, she co-founded African-Americans at BD (AABD); an Employee Resource Group (ERG) designed to help transform BD’s culture to become more inclusive and diverse. Since launching, AABD has become a key change agent by engaging hundreds of associates through a series of successful nationwide events intended to increase awareness of Inclusion & Diversity.
Prior to BD, Tiffani held a variety of project management, change management and technical roles of increasing breadth and scope at Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, BASF and United Technologies.
Tiffani holds an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University. She recently served as President of Brown’s black alumni association from 2014 to 2016 where she led a vibrant community of over 4,000 black alumni.
