Leadership and Performance Coaching
The Brown University School of Professional Studies, in partnership with ACT Leadership, is offering ACT’s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program accredited by the International Coach Federation.
We believe these moments in life should be defined by how we respond vs. how we react. Coaching for those in need is never more important than right now. In coaching, we help people to respond in the most effective way and expand their capacity to be with uncertainty. We want to say thank you to the healthcare providers around the world who are tirelessly fighting the spread of COVID-19, putting their own health at risk to protect ours.
IMPACT on ACT Programs
For now, ACT is moving to a virtual platform until it is safe and sensible for us to congregate together again. We will continue to deliver our Leadership + Performance Coaching Certification program in partnership with Brown University virtually until it is safe to move back to in-person. Right now, the Summer and Fall Programs 2020 are scheduled for in-person. As and when we know more, we will update this page.

Professionals with experience in coaching, human resources, leadership, organizational development, or related field.
The total program length is 6 months.
The program uses a blended format, consisting of three in-person experiential modules supplemented with virtual group and individual learning.
The on-campus sessions will be held on Brown University’s Providence, Rhode Island campus.
A Proven Approach
ACT’s Leadership & Performance Coach Training Certification Program is a six-month program, with three in-person experiential sessions supplemented with online group and individual learning. In-person sessions are held on the Brown University campus in Providence, Rhode Island.
Upon completion of the program, students receive a certificate of completion from ACT Leadership and Brown University School of Professional Studies. The ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program is approved for the Associate Certified Coach accreditation via the International Coaching Federation ACSTH pathway.
